When Hilton Canada and the Canadian Tourism Commission wanted to target US meeting planners to promote Canada as a premier destination, they turned to Fourth Wall to create an online rich media email campaign.
A four-week campaign was created complete with Connie, an animated meeting planner. She arrived in recipients' inboxes in the form of an interactive commercial. Connie's job was to inform, educate and entertain recipients with Canadian trivia for prizes and valuable information about Canada complete in an interactive guide.
The campaign yielded incredible results including a 32.7% open rate, 6.0% opt-in rate, and earned a Digital Marketing and Web Marketing award.
