Since 2003, Fourth Wall has been creating innovative digital and interactive delegate experiences for Retail Council of Canada's (RCC) annual STORE conferences.
At the 2009 conference, RCC featured the "STORE Digital Auction", where delegates could browse through items and register to bid. Users were sent real-time auction updates via email, informing them on the item’s status. They were also given access to a URL where they could continue to bid on items online or through their mobile devices. RCC also had real-time auction updates on the conference’s digital display network, pushing delegates to the auction centre.
