To promote Sony VAIO PC Notebooks and Microsoft’s new Windows® 7 operating system across Canada, FUSE Marketing Group employed Fourth Wall to create interactive picture kiosks as a key component of Sony and Microsoft’s travelling brand experience.
The kiosks allow users to take their picture, and place them in a variety of different Sony Pictures movie posters. The photo is then emailed to the user, who is pushed to nearby VAIO PC Notebooks where they can retrieve them and share them via social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace, etc. Sony and Microsoft were able to provide incentive for consumers to experience their products first-hand, as well as virally increase their brand exposure, creating a lasting impression.
